1. Free standard shipping within the EU
Your order is shipped via DHL Paket, FedEx or UPS Standard. Shipping for orders with a value of €65,00 or more will be free of charge within the EU.
If your order includes a rechargeable battery, we can only offer free shipping to the following countries due to legal transport regulations within the EU: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain (Mainland).
2. Payment
We currently accept payments via credit card and Paypal (express and standard). It is also possible to pay for your purchase with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
3. Countries
At the moment we are shipping to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France (Mainland), Germany, Italy, the Netherlands (Mainland), Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain (Mainland), Sweden and UK.
4. Shipping
We normally ship your order within 24 hours. However, there are some exceptions, please note we do not process orders on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and there will be delays due to the holidays. You can see the estimated delivery time hence dispatch in the table below.
5. Shipping of batteries
According to the transport regulations, rechargeable batteries can only be shipped by certain shipping providers. You will be offered the choice of suitable shipping providers during the check-out process.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship rechargeable batteries to some countries, as we are subject to legal requirements.
6. Shipping costs and estimated delivery time
Please refer to the following table for the shipping costs to your country.
Standard delivery to all Countries: 10.06 EUR
Orders with a value of €65,00 or more will be free of charge within the EU.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you and offer to ship the parcel again one time for free. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be rebilled to the customer.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 6 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact VoltaGuru support.
8. Returns
You can return items within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please always add a copy of your invoice and write down the reason of your return.
